Beer and delicious food!



I went to my friend Kaoru's bar near Yotsubashi.
She is a cheerful and powerful lady who runs her own bar "A-Cantare", which serves Italian food and organic vegetables and wine etc.

Her style is kind of mixed of Japanese and Italian style.
For example, she makes ume-miso, paste of Japanese apricot with miso, by herself and use it in her repertoire.

  


We had a good time talking about many things and even more, translating the menu of her bar into English.
I'm glad I can help her in it.

In exchange for it, I got good off-price today.

ビールと美味しいお食事♪

元気でパワフルな薫さんのお店「あかんた～れ」に行ってきました。
四つ橋の近くの、イタリアンとオーガニックのお野菜、ワインなどの居酒屋です。




薫さんのスタイルはイタリアンと和食のミックス。
自家製梅味噌というのを作って料理に使ったりもしてます。

色々と話をして楽しかった。英語メニューの作成の話もしました。
お手伝いできて嬉しい♪
